PRIVACY – Personal Data Protection Code
This general information is provided in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, ‘Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali’, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Law’, (formerly Law No. 675/1996) to those who consult the website www.mosagreen.it, hereinafter referred to as the PORTAL.
Specific information will be provided from time to time for the use of specific services by customers/users, and specific consent will be requested for the processing of personal data where necessary.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These data are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects. However, due to the nature of the data, it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties — a process that would only be carried out upon an explicit request by the Judicial Authority — allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users to connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (e.g. successful, error) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data constitute the connection log.
MOSA GREEN s.r.l. uses these data for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on website usage and checking that it is functioning correctly. The connection log is kept available to the Judicial Authority and disclosed only upon explicit request.

Rights of data subjects
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not such data exists, to be informed of its content and origin, and to verify its accuracy, request its integration or updating or correction, pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
