A three-axis robot to handle various type of trays commonly used in horticulture; it collects the trays from a stacker or from a conveyor and places them on a pallet according to a programmable layout at the desired height. The handling clamp can carry up to 45 kg. The control system guarantees high speed of movement, up to 240 cycles / hour.
Automatic pallet change system with two motorized shuttles and manual pallet positioning. This system allows the continuous work without stopping the cylce and is independent from the dimensions of the pallet to be filled with trays. The system allows to load and unload the pallet from the same side. Each shuttle can load and move weights up to 900 kg.
