PALLETTISER APS23

The APS23 robotized palletiser is designed for the handling and positioning of various types of containers on pallets. Thanks to its three-axis movement and pneumatic gripping and rotation system, it can pick up containers from a conveyor belt and place them on a pallet according to a predefined pattern. The palletiser is set up via the touchscreen control panel, with the configuration depending on the dimensions and materials of the pallets and containers. The handling gripper has a maximum load capacity of 45 kg. The working speed is high, up to 240 cycles/hour. An automatic pallet changeover system is available as an option to ensure the continuous operation of the palletiser.
